Legal Secretary – Temporary

Temporary Opportunity

We are urgently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide temporary cover for a busy litigation department in Tunbridge Wells. This is a 2-3 month assignment with an immediate start.

What You Will Do

• Provide secretarial support to a team of 4 litigation solicitors
• Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence and documents
• Diary management and scheduling client meetings
• File management and document production
• Liaising with courts, counsel, and third parties

What We Need

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in litigation
• Fast and accurate typing skills (60+ wpm)
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Professional telephone manner
