About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, and children law.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters from inception to completion
- Advising clients on divorce proceedings, financial remedy, and child arrangement orders
- Attending court hearings and mediations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical knowledge of family law and procedure
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Resolution membership desirable
