The Role
A top 50 law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding London team. You will work on a mix of M&A, private equity, and corporate finance transactions for UK and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting partners and senior associates on complex corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
- Conducting due diligence reviews
- Managing deal processes and coordinating with multiple parties
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 3 years PQE
- Strong academic background (2:1 or above from a Russell Group university preferred)
- Previous corporate/M&A experience from a reputable firm
