About the Role

A friendly accountancy practice in Crowborough is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their growing client base. This is an ideal role for someone seeking flexible working hours in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices for a portfolio of clients
  • Bank reconciliations and VAT return preparation
  • Payroll processing for small businesses
  • Maintaining accurate records in Xero and QuickBooks
  • Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve queries

Requirements

  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Xero and/or QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
