The Opportunity
A well-established accountancy practice in Maidstone is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of year-end accounts, tax returns, and providing advisory services.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, preparing statutory accounts and tax computations
- Review work prepared by junior team members
- Provide proactive tax planning advice to clients
- Assist with management of the team and mentoring trainees
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
What We Need
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong practice background with mixed client portfolio experience
- Proficient in Xero and/or Sage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
