Connect JobAdder to your WordPress website and sync your job ads automatically. No iframes, no third-party portals — your jobs live natively on your site with full SEO, filtering, and your own design.

How It Works

1. Enter your JobAdder Client ID and Client Secret in the plugin settings
2. Complete the secure OAuth2 authorisation flow
3. Your active job ads begin syncing every 15 minutes
4. Jobs appear on your WordPress site with all metadata mapped
5. Candidate applications push back to JobAdder automatically

What Gets Synced

• Job title and full description
• Salary — rate type (annual/daily/hourly), min, max, display text
• Work type — mapped to contract type (permanent, contract, temporary, etc.)
• Categories — matched to your WordPress sector taxonomy
• Locations — matched to your WordPress location taxonomy
• Reference numbers
• Benefits from bullet points
• Job board filtering — optionally sync only from a specific board ID

Two-Way Sync

It’s not just a one-way pull. When candidates apply for a job on your WordPress site, their application — name, email, phone, CV — is pushed back to JobAdder. Your consultants see everything in one place.

Taxonomy Matching

The plugin intelligently matches JobAdder categories and locations to your existing WordPress taxonomy terms. If a term doesn’t exist, it’s auto-created and flagged for your review.

Automatic Expiry

When a job is removed or deactivated in JobAdder, it’s automatically moved to draft on your WordPress site. No stale listings, no manual cleanup.

Setup Time

5 minutes. You need your JobAdder API credentials (available from JobAdder’s settings), and the plugin handles the OAuth2 flow with automatic token refresh.
