How Sync Works

1. Connect your ATS in Jobs → Tools → Settings (takes about 5 minutes)
2. The plugin syncs jobs every 15 minutes via WordPress cron
3. New jobs are created as WordPress posts with all metadata mapped
4. Taxonomy terms (sectors, locations) are matched or auto-created
5. Removed jobs are automatically expired
6. Candidate applications push back to your ATS
