Simple API Key Authentication

Unlike OAuth2-based integrations, Vincere uses straightforward API key authentication. Enter your API key, domain, and ID token in the plugin settings and you’re connected.

What Gets Synced

• Position title and public description
• Salary — from/to range with rate type
• Employment type mapped to contract types
• Industry matched to sector taxonomy
• Location from position location fields
• Internal ID as job reference

Two-Way Integration

When candidates apply through your website, applications are pushed to Vincere as new candidates with the relevant position linked. Your consultants manage everything in Vincere as normal.

Getting Started

1. Get your API credentials from Vincere Settings → API
2. Enter your API key, Vincere domain, and ID token in the plugin settings
3. Select Vincere as your active ATS
4. Jobs begin syncing every 15 minutes
