Bullhorn WordPress Integration

Bullhorn is the most widely used ATS in UK staffing. Recruiter Jobs connects directly to the Bullhorn REST API to sync your job orders to your WordPress website.

Why Agencies Need This

Most Bullhorn users either have no jobs on their website, or they use a basic iframe embed that offers no SEO value, no filtering, and no brand consistency. Recruiter Jobs changes that — your Bullhorn jobs become native WordPress posts with full Schema.org markup, AJAX filtering, and your own design.

How It Works

1. Enter your Bullhorn API credentials in the plugin settings
2. Select the EMEA data centre for UK agencies
3. The plugin authenticates via OAuth2 and begins syncing
4. Active job orders are pulled every 15 minutes
5. Candidate applications push back to Bullhorn as new candidates and job submissions

• Description from publicDescription
• Salary from the salary field and salaryUnit
• Employment type mapped to contract type
• Categories matched to sectors
• Location from the address city/state fields
• Reference from externalID
• Benefits from the benefits field

EMEA Support

The integration supports all Bullhorn data centres including the EMEA (rest-emea.bullhornstaffing.com) endpoint used by UK agencies.

Getting Started

You’ll need Bullhorn API access (Client ID, Client Secret, API username and password). Contact your Bullhorn account manager to enable API access if it’s not already active.
